Windsor CT
Windsor is a town near Hartford CT which is also known as
the insurance capital of the world as it has lot of big insurance organizations
present here. The area has cluster of many beautiful towns that offer American living
– we moved here from Jersey City, New Jersey due to work and as we were looking
to explore American way of living closer to New York City area.
Area has access to all facilities that you will need for a
comfortable living, with natural beauty around, ample shopping options.
Commuting to work could be where you will need to make adjustments as public
transport is limited.
This area is again having a big enough Indian community, As
a vegetarian Indian as I am, we have lots of Indian grocery stores and
restaurants that serve to your needs. So it has been very comfortable on food
and eating aspect. There are lots of temples around in the towns of Newington, Hartford,
Glastonbury and Middletown about which you can read at this link.
Windsor is a peaceful town on Route 91 and is on the way to
Springfield MA from Hartford CT.
